Orders take about a week to process before shipping. Each one is made with individualized attention, to fit your dog properly so it works best to help your dog get around easier, I have blind dogs myself and I understand how stressful it is when our pets lose their sight, especially when it happens suddenly, so I can get them shipped out quickly, and I think it's nice to offer as many colors as possible so your dog can look great!

International shipping costs are NOT calculated in the cart at time of purchase.  A secure invoice will be sent to you after the order is placed. For exact quote, please send me your complete address, and the breed and weight of your dog, so I can calculate based on the box size, currency conversion may be slightly different. International rates above are estimated.

NOTE: There may be taxes due in your country at delivery.  Changes to your shipping address, after order is placed, may change the shipping rate. 

Return Policy for 2023: 

- If buyer would like to return a collar for a refund, there is NO re-stocking fee. Buyer pays the shipping to return it. Refund for the collar price only.

- If buyer would like to return a collar for an exchange, there is NO re-stocking fee. Buyer pays the shipping to return it, and the shipping on the new package going out. There will be additional fees if the exchange collar is larger than the original purchase.

- It is the buyer’s responsibility to ship the return in suitable packaging.  No refund or exchange for bumper collars that are damaged, dirty, chewed, smelling of cigarette smoke, covered in dog fur or dog food, altered in anyway. Returned bumper collars will be cleaned and donated to vet clinics.
